Lightweight powdered tile adhesive.

Foby+ Dynalight Pro is a flexible high-quality, thin-bed mortar. It is very easy to work with, has high initial adhesion, a long open time and high flow resistance properties. After hardening, the adhesive will remain resistant to moisture and frost for years to come. The permanent flexibility makes the adhesive highly suitable for substrates that are subject to slight movements. Suitable for walls and floors. Foby+ Dynalight Pro is approx. 20% more economical to use than traditional thin-bed mortars and is C2TE certified.

Foby+ Dynalight Pro is suitable for bonding ceramic wall and floor tiles (particularly porcelain stoneware) and (glass) mosaic to practically all common substrates such as cellular concrete, cement and gypsum plaster, gypsum cardboard and gypsum fibre boards, existing tiling (only indoors) and anhydrite floors. Suitable for underfloor heating, for bonding on sheet materials and for tiling outdoors. Especially recommended for large-format porcelain stoneware on walls due to its good flow resistance properties.

Mix Foby+ Dynalight Pro: for walls, approx. 8 litres per 15 kg, for floors approx. 8.5 litres per 15 kg. Use clean tap water and a clean mixing tub. Mix with a mixing drill to a smooth, sturdy mass. After a few minutes, mix the mortar again. The adhesive can now be used for approx. 2 hours. Apply the adhesive to the substrate with a tile trowel with rectangular notches, at least 80% of each tile should be covered with adhesive. Press the tiles into the fresh adhesive with a sliding motion. When used outside or under water, the tiles must be fully bonded (100%), with adhesive applied to both substrate and tiles. Protect outdoor tiles from direct sunlight, draughts, moisture and frost. Residual adhesive must immediately be removed using a damp cloth and tools should be rinsed with water. The tiles can be walked on after a minimum of 24 hours.

Mixing ratio: Add 100 g powder to 40g water. Processing time: Approx. 2 minutes (at 23°C) (depending on temperature). Open time: Approx. 30 minutes. Application temp.: from +5°C to +25°C. Curing: Can be walked on after a minimum of 24 hours. Shelf life: Minimum 12 months if left unopened and stored in dry conditions. Packaging: 15kg bag. Consumption: 1.2 - 3.0 kg/m2.
