Foby+ Tegelreiniger is a water-based, acidic cleaning agent for removing deposits on ceramic surfaces (tiles and sanitary ware). Foby+ Tegelreiniger is more effective than hydrochloric acid, but less aggressive and dangerous.
Foby+ Tegelreiniger can be used to remove cement residue from tiles. Foby+ Tegelreiniger is also suitable for removing rust and lime stains. Foby+ Tegelreiniger is not suitable for cleaning calciferous materials such as marble, granite or natural stone.
When Foby+ Tegelreiniger is applied to tiles, the joints should be thoroughly wetted with clean water. Prepare Foby+ Tegelreiniger in the desired dilution and apply it to the surface. Leave it to soak in for 10 to 30 minutes. Then scrub the surface and rinse well with clean water. Then wipe the surface dry with a floor or hand squeegee and clean again with a damp/wet cloth. Dilution required:
- Light soiling: Dilute 1:10 with clean water.
- Heavier soiling: Dilute with clean water 1:1.
- Strong and stubborn soiling: use undiluted.
Dilute with lukewarm or warm water to accelerate the effect.
Processing temperature: from +5°C to +25°C (substrate and ambient temperature). Mixing ratio: See desired dilution when processing. Colour: Transparent. Shelf life: Minimum 12 months if left unopened and stored in dry conditions. After opening, the shelf life is limited. Consumption: Depends on level of soiling. Packaging: 1 litre bottle.
